The 2016 Jeffrey Ahn, Jr. Fellowship Dinner, hosted by Jeffrey and Priscilla Ahn, was held on Wednesday, June 1 at the Metropolitan Club of New York.
The dinner program featured an awards ceremony honoring this year's Jeffrey Ahn, Jr. Fellowship winner, Richard Medina. The award was presented to Medina by Kelly Kivland, Associate Curator at Dia Art Foundation. Kivland was one of ten distinguished judges from the art world who selected this year's winner and finalists.
The evening also included remarks by JAJF Director Presca Ahn; JAJF Board Members Dayssi Olarte de Kanavos and Melissa Ko; Kaori Miller of the Trinity School; and Geraldine Connors of Columbia University. Charles Gariepy returned for a third time as master of ceremonies for the dinner program.
