The Jeffrey Ahn, Jr. Fellowship is an annual award for young artists to produce extraordinary projects.

The Fellowship welcomes artists aged 25 or younger to submit proposals for a new artwork or series of artworks to be completed over three months. The Fellowship will provide up to $15,000 of funding for the chosen Fellow's project, including but not limited to cost of materials, equipment rental, and/or workshops in new skills necessary to complete the project.

​​Established in 2014, the Jeffrey Ahn, Jr. Fellowship is the flagship program of the Jeffrey Ahn, Jr. Foundation, a New York-based arts charity honoring the life of Jeffrey Ahn, Jr. (1995-2012).

To make the Fellowship accessible to people of any background, our application is always free and has no eligibility restrictions (educational or otherwise) other than age. 

​

A select number of finalists will be contacted by January 15, 2025 with an invitation to apply for Phase II with a detailed project proposal.​​
